Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms" or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and 777ft (hereinafter referred to as "777ft", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the website located at https://777ft.cam and any associated subdomains or related digital properties (collectively, the "Platform").

777ft is an English-language online gaming information and entertainment platform designed primarily for users in Pakistan. The Platform provides guides, educational content, game information, sports betting market explanations, bonus term analyses and responsible gambling resources. 777ft does not directly operate a casino, accept deposits on its own behalf, or place bets on behalf of any user.

By accessing, browsing or using the Platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Definitions

In these Terms, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

Account Eligibility

Access to and use of the Platform, and any registration of an Account, is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering or continuing to use the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or have reached the higher minimum age required by the licensing jurisdiction of the relevant Operator if that minimum age exceeds 18 years;
2. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction;
3. You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law, and you accept sole responsibility for verifying the legality of your access and gambling activity;
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, director or officer of 777ft, any affiliated entity, or any Operator whose products are described on the Platform, nor are you a close family member of any such individual;
5. You have not previously been self-excluded from gambling or had an Account closed for breach of these Terms;
6. All information you provide to 777ft during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, complete and current;
7. You are acting on your own account and not on behalf of any other person or legal entity.

777ft reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any time and to request supporting documentation (including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address and proof of payment method) before processing any withdrawal request or activating any Bonus. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Account Registration

To access the full features of the Platform, Users must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal information as prompted. Each User may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials, including their username and password. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service;
• Never share your Account credentials with any third party;
• Log out of your Account at the conclusion of each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Notify 777ft immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

777ft accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, provided that we have not been negligent in our own security practices. Where unauthorised access is reported promptly, we will take reasonable steps to secure the Account pending investigation.

Platform Use & Licence

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 777ft grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any Content on the Platform;
• Use any data mining, scraping, crawling, automated query tools or similar data extraction or harvesting methods on the Platform;
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any software underlying the Platform;
• Use the Platform or any Content for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of 777ft;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or digital property.

The Platform is intended to provide information and educational content about online gaming, sports betting and casino products. The information provided does not constitute financial advice, gambling advice, or a recommendation to participate in real-money wagering. 777ft accepts no responsibility for decisions made by Users on the basis of information obtained from the Platform.

Deposits & Payments

Where the Platform provides access to or describes the deposit functionality of a linked Operator, the following general conditions apply. Users acknowledge that:

• All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits published in the relevant Operator's cashier at the time of the transaction;
• Deposits must originate from a payment method that is registered in the User's own name — third-party funding is prohibited;
• Payment method availability varies by Operator, jurisdiction and the User's individual KYC verification status;
• The following payment rails are referenced as familiar options for Pakistani users: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These references are informational only. None of these providers is affiliated with or endorses gambling activity on 777ft or any linked Operator;
• Currency conversion fees may apply where the Operator's base currency differs from PKR;
• 777ft accepts no liability for delays, failures or errors arising from third-party payment processing systems.

Users are strongly encouraged to verify all applicable fees, limits and processing windows directly in the Operator's cashier before initiating any transaction.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

1. KYC Verification: Full identity verification (Know Your Customer) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Required documentation typically includes government-issued photo identification, proof of residential address and proof of the payment method used for deposits.
2. Wagering Requirements: Where a Bonus has been credited to your Account, all applicable Wagering Requirements must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
3. Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will ordinarily be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to Operator policy.
4. Processing Times: Processing windows vary by method, Operator and the User's KYC status. No specific processing time is guaranteed. E-wallet methods, bank transfers (including those via Raast, HBL or UBL) and card refunds each carry different timelines subject to the Operator's internal review cycle.
5. Minimum Withdrawal Amount: A minimum withdrawal threshold applies as published in the Operator's cashier. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
6. Right of Refusal: 777ft and linked Operators reserve the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request pending fraud investigation, AML review or where the terms of a Bonus offer have been breached.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds offers and other promotional incentives described on the Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions published by the relevant Operator at the time of the offer. The following general principles apply to all promotions referenced on 777ft:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement before associated winnings may be withdrawn. Illustrative example: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30× rollover requires a total of PKR 150,000 in qualifying bets. Always check the Operator's published multiplier before claiming.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: A per-bet ceiling applies while bonus funds are active. Exceeding this limit — commonly in the region of PKR 1,000 per spin or stake (illustrative) — will void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slot games typically contribute at 100%; live casino, video poker and certain table games may contribute at a significantly lower rate (commonly 10% or less). Check contribution schedules in the Operator's full bonus terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date or time window within which wagering requirements must be satisfied. Uncompleted bonuses are forfeited at expiry without exception.
• Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonuses: Sticky bonuses remain in your account throughout the wagering cycle and are deducted before any withdrawal. Non-sticky bonuses are spent first, with remaining real-money balance withdrawable independently.
• Maximum Cash-Out: A ceiling may apply to the maximum amount withdrawable from bonus-derived winnings. Any amount above this cap is not eligible for withdrawal. Illustrative cap example: PKR 25,000.
• Minimum Qualifying Deposit: A minimum deposit is required to activate most welcome and reload bonuses. An illustrative minimum qualifying deposit is PKR 1,000 — actual thresholds vary by Operator and offer.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and, where applicable, in connection with any linked Operator's services. A breach of any of the following provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration or at any subsequent stage of the KYC process;
• Registering multiple Accounts, or assisting any other person to register multiple Accounts, for the purpose of abusing bonus offers or circumventing account restrictions;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or any linked Operator's gaming system in any manner not expressly authorised;
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including pre-agreed chip-dumping in poker or coordinated betting in any game type;
• Exploiting software errors, game malfunctions or pricing errors. All bets placed during a confirmed malfunction are void;
• Any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of the Platform to facilitate any unlawful financial transaction;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where your access or use is prohibited by applicable law, and representing otherwise;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing 777ft staff, support agents or other users through any communication channel;
• Publishing, distributing or transmitting any content through the Platform that is defamatory, obscene, illegal or infringes the rights of any third party.

Responsible Gambling

777ft is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices across all content and services offered through the Platform. We acknowledge that gambling can become harmful, and we regard the provision of player-protection tools as a core operational obligation, not an optional feature.

The following Responsible Gambling Tools are documented on the Platform and are available through linked Operators:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off delay.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss you may sustain within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gambling session; you will be notified and logged out when the limit is reached.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a short break from gambling — typically between 24 hours and 6 weeks — during which your Account is restricted from gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a longer-term or permanent exclusion from gambling. Self-exclusion requests are typically honoured within 24 hours. The minimum self-exclusion period is ordinarily six months.

Age Restriction: All gaming activity is strictly restricted to adults aged 18 and above, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's licensing jurisdiction. Meeting the age requirement does not make gambling lawful in all circumstances — local laws may impose additional restrictions.

Intellectual Property

All Content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, articles, guides, graphics, logos, icons, software code and the "777ft" brand name and associated visual identity, is the exclusive intellectual property of 777ft or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited personal licence to view and print Content from the Platform solely for your own non-commercial reference. No Content may be reproduced, published, transmitted, modified, adapted, distributed or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 777ft.

Any feedback, suggestions or recommendations you submit to 777ft regarding the Platform may be used by us without restriction, compensation or attribution to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

1. The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement;
2. 777ft does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free from viruses or that any defects will be corrected;
3. 777ft shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of profits or loss of data;
4. 777ft is not responsible for the content, terms, conduct or gambling outcomes associated with any third-party Operator whose products are described or referenced on the Platform. Users engage with Operators entirely at their own risk;
5. 777ft is not responsible for the availability, reliability or accuracy of payment providers including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah in processing any transaction;
6. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Account Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time:

• By You: You may close your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining after satisfying all applicable wagering requirements will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method following completion of KYC verification.
• By 777ft: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC, regulatory requirement, or evidence of problem gambling where a duty of care requires intervention.

Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections 9 (Prohibited Conduct), 11 (Intellectual Property), 12 (Limitation of Liability) and 14 (Jurisdiction) survive termination of this Agreement.

Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777ft is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You acknowledge that online gambling is subject to legal restrictions in Pakistan under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and related provincial legislation. 777ft does not represent that its Platform or any referenced Operator holds a Pakistani gambling licence or that use of the Platform constitutes lawful gambling activity under Pakistani law. Users access the Platform and any linked Operator entirely at their own legal risk.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to binding arbitration in the applicable jurisdiction, or where arbitration is not available, to the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which 777ft is incorporated. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against 777ft.

Amendments to These Terms

777ft reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where required by applicable law or where changes materially affect your rights, we will provide notice through the Platform or by email to your registered address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account.
